Originally this blog was just a meandering excuse to publish myself on the net and babble about anything... Nowadays I'll be focusing on health and fitness, due to a turn around in my own personal situation...

CRIKEY! He's carked it! Don't know the exact details yet, but when I woke up this morning, there was a "breaking news" sms on my mobile. "Steve Irwin has died."
Bugger...

"Crikey" alright. He was killed when the barb from a stingray pierced his heart. They have venom in those barbs which wouldn't have helped ol' Steve either. Guy they interviewed last night who stood on a very small barb, said the pain was unbelievable and even 5 shots of morphine didn't touch it, so you have to hope that Steve hardly knew what hit him.
Very sad for his young family too as they were in Tassie at the time while he was filming a doco off Queensland.
